Our own cuvée, compiled with Diana and Christian Steitz, consists of grapes from plots with porphyry soil, which was formed from a volcano that cooled some 290 million years ago. The wine is complex but easy-drinkable, juicy and mineral. Grape varieties: 41% Saint Laurent, 41% Portugieser, 18% Pinot Noir
