Our own cuvée – made together with our friend Tobias Knewitz from Appenheim.
It contains 60% Pinot Blanc Eselspfad, 30% Chardonnay Ockenheim and 10% Sauvignon Blanc.
The bouquet is full-bodied and aromatic and has the typical aromas of Sauvignon Blanc, such as grapefruit, gooseberry, lemon balm, as well as notes of flint. Aromas of white blossom, apricot and cashew nuts take over on the palate.
Aged dry, with moderately fresh acidity and a creamy texture.
Pairs well with Asian cuisine, shellfish, white poultry or simply for video conferences
